I want to express my appreciation to the entire Chateau team. Every single person involved in my husband's care was amazing. Rehab was unbelievable. I want to thank Jason the concierge for always coming by to make sure everything is ok. And of course the aids and nurses who were so nice and caring. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the rehab center because of how you’re treated with respect. They all listen and correct any issues that you bring to their attention. This past Saturday, the air conditioner didn’t work and they brought it to maintenance attention to ensure that it was fixed and they were instrumental and keep us warm during the freezing weather event. I want to give a special shout out to Jason the concierge, Ms. Harvey, Ms. Sweeney, Ms. Shirin and Ms. Brown. They’re very detailed oriented and they’re always ready to help whenever they can. They pay very close attention and they treat you like family.

My grandmothers stay at the facility was nothing short of exceptional. The rehabilitation services were amazing, and the quality of care far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, making my entire stay comfortable, supportive, and truly memorable. A special shout-out to Gasper, Jason, Beth, Tristian, Kareem Miss Young, and the entire first-floor team and a big shoutout to Yaron and his team!!! Diane and her rec team your dedication, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference.
