I want to personally thank Dr. Miles for performing such exceptional surgery to repair my husband’s severely fractured femur. She treated him with the utmost professionalism while also providing a calming presence. Her empathy deeply touched us at such a difficult time. At his follow-up visit, she showed him the post-surgical X-rays and explained exactly what she did during surgery to repair his injury. She took the time to explain how this injury would affect his recovery timeline and guide the physical therapy he will require going forward. She commended him for his diligent work to fully restore his mobility and active lifestyle. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Miles, and we have already recommended her to several of our friends.

Dr Mark Perry is an excellent physician. He was gracious and explained my condition in a clear way so that I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment. He did not rush me and listened with care. I felt seen by Dr Perry and the level of care he provided made me feel supported. The staff at CAO is thoughtful and kind.

I have recently moved to Southern Maryland and very happy to add this practice to my personal collection of preferred medical practices. Ice storm related fall with wrist injury brought me to your door on 01/27/26. Helpful and friendly greeting at check-in and within the hour, I had imaging completed and was evaluated by my provider, Laci Peterson. She was compassionate and astute with her evaluation and treatment plan. Great job everyone… first impressions are invaluable!

Everyone on the staff is very nice, unexplained things very well And withwith patience . I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Perry. I’ve been so discouraged about the issues with my foot, he was not however. He had some ideas, and said to me I have a plan. And ordered some tests. He was kind and compassionate, and obviously cared.
