My experience was great. The doctors really listened to my concerns and gave me multiple suggestions and solutions to my issues! Also gave me sample products to try out, which I love being able to try them before I buy them! I will definitely use them in the future for any other concerns for myself and my four daughters!

Wonderful experience from making the appointment, arriving, duration and leaving . Keri and staff very kind, knowledgeable, and competent. She was very patient and took time to answer any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed. She was very thorough. Everyone was so nice and rendered great service!

The quality of bedside mannerism is awesome! Keri and her staff did an awesome job with treatment to me for a few skin tabs/mole. The front desk worked with you on your schedule for future visits! Very good with no plans to change anytime soon!

Maybe my expectations were too high, or maybe this region simply handles cosmetic treatments differently. I went in for a cosmetic procedure, and while the staff themselves were very friendly, the actual treatment experience felt surprisingly subpar. The numbing preparation and the ice pack used during the procedure were both below the standard I’ve experienced elsewhere. I went in specifically for lip filler, and not a single bit of lip moisturizer was applied before or after—thankfully I had my own with me. There was also no pre-chilled ice pack provided to take home, which is something I’ve always been offered at other practices. The environment itself felt very outdated, which added to my discomfort. This appointment was supposed to be a “gift” for me, but it honestly ended up feeling

I am a return patient. The staff is always very attentive to any concerns I have. The examinations are thorough and treatments are performed with care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this office.
