My husband was well taken care of. He was kept showered which is very important to him. He came home sooner than we expected but is gaining strength.
Staff is wonderful! You can tell that they are doing the best that can with the patient to staff ratio. Especially when some patients require much more assistance than others.
The nurses, aids, PTs, OTs, and caseworkers helped to make my Mom’s recent stay at CLR successful and pleasant. The follow-up care once home has been appreciated and efficient. These people truly care about helping and our family is grateful.
All Aids were very good. Two were great Marara on 2nd shift. And Megan Osgood on 1st . Had a problem with pain control and the problem was addressed and didn’t have any other issues. Physical therapy and occupational therapy were very good.
Things were good. The people were nice and everything worked out well so Jeanne could finally get back home. I think he will get back to normal soon so thank you for helping and for the care even after he was gone from the nursing home.
