Amazing as always! The entire team is wonderful-they remind me of the old dentist in from home, may stares away. It is a warm, comfortable environment and everyone is consistently personable. I would rate this business 10 stars if I could. -I get my teeth cleaned every three months, I’ve had extensive work complete on my veneers. Dr. Stanley is the BEST cosmetic dentist I’ve ever seen-hands down. Alicia is the best hygienist. If you are particular about your smile-visit this practice and see both of these outstanding people. Everything about The Center for Cosmetic & Family Dentistry – Navarre is wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. The front office staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful, which immediately puts you at ease. The hygienist is incredibly gentle and caring, and the dentist himself is fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and informed. Confirmed the day before, denied at the door, and treated defensively instead of helped. I received both a voicemail and text the day before confirming my 4:00 PM appointment and replied “yes,” receiving a confirmation message. Later that afternoon there was an unknown missed call with no voicemail, cancellation notice, or request to call back, and the only voicemail on record still confirmed the appointment. I reasonably believed my confirmed appointment was still in place, as I didn’t know I had received a missed call. When I arrived, I was told I was not on the schedule. I was told the office had called a second time but did not leave a voicemail or send any cancellation notice, and that it was my responsibility to call back. Everyone has been amazingly helpful! The tech that brought me back and took my X-rays was very thorough and patient! The dentist explained everything very in depth and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan of care while addressing all of my concerns. Def recommend
