We have been a patient of Dr. El Goweni and Dr. Mousa for 10, going on 11 years. We are always pleased with their services. They truly care and always take the time to listen and not just throw medicine at the issue. When we need a sick visit, we are generally seen same day, and within a few hours. I appreciate how they don't hold sick patients in the lobby to get others sick- seems like that should be standard practice across the board. The office staff is always helpful and attentive, as well as the nurses. We've been here for nearly 11 years and do not plan on ever going anywhere else.

Violated HIPPA and Florida law but illegally holding my daughters records until my new doctor and myself called several times to inform them that holding records for a small amount I still owed is illegal. The ladies on the phone were very rude, and not understanding at all, very unpleasant experience with this doctor office.

This establishment believes you cannot make medical decisions for your own child. Beware and go elsewhere.

They force you to vaccinate. They show zero emotion as your child wails from the pain. Bonuses are given as long as they meet the percentage of vaccinated children requirement.

After being late on my first outing with my 5 day old #FirstTimeMom, I was stressed! The entire staff from Regina, my nurse, and Dr. Mousa were absolutely amazing with how they treated me and my newborn. I felt like a new member to a family. The nurse talked to me with care with what she was doing and Dr. Mousa answered all my questions. Before we left they offered if I wanted to breast feed and my newborn hadn’t been wanting to BF; he finally fed for the first time. Highly recommend this amazing team.
