My 16-year-old Chinchilla Persian, Apple, recently had surgery, and the care we received was absolutely world-class. What truly sets Dr. Penyy apart is her incredible heart and selflessness. I’ve seen her kneeling on the floor for a long time just to carefully remove Apple’s sutures one by one, showing zero ego. She once even accidentally bumped her head because she was focusing so intensely on examining him, yet her only concern was making sure we weren’t worried! We love Dr. Penyy! She has such a good bedside manner and she has been so helpful in caring for my cat with asthma and respiratory issues. Any time we need a refill for her meds I call and the front desk has a dr sign off right away. The only downside is the wait time, it's not uncommon to have to wait over an hour to be seen even with a scheduled appointment.

I found a kitten on the street in late 2024 and the poor kitty looked really bad, so I was researching pet clinics to bring her too and came across the Cat Doctor. I was able to get an emergency appointment for the kitten on the same day and they treated her and gave advice on how to care for a kitten this young. They saved her life. And now, almost a year later, the kitty, Nova is doing way better now thanks to the Cat doctor.

Dr. Sheheri is very patient and gentle. My cat senses this and is amazingly calm during the visit. Dr. Sheheri and vet tech Marie took great care of my cat's needs. This is a great office and highly recommend it.
