Great staff, very well organized and awesome customer service. I arrived for surgery before my 5:30am scheduled time. After waiting to go upstairs everything was an easy registration process. The staff was compassionate and helped me to stay calm before my procedure.

Staffs pretty rude. Have to keep in that people’s families are scared and don’t always have information.

Staffs very rude and not helpful to families of patients.

My wife had surgery January 2,2020. Every one from the parking attends to the Lobby Cafe to the nursing staff. The waiting room staff and the surgeon. What a fantastic group! They took great care of my wife and treated us like we were the only ones there. They treated everyone in the room the same way. My wife is recovering very well. Keep up the good work! Surgery is scary. But the staff certainly does what they can to bring comfort and ease to anyone who may have anxiety about their visit. Truly very kind, the staff held our hands to bring ease to any worries we had.
