The Brooklyn Hospital Center's Division of Neurology

The doctors and other medical and non-medical staff seem fine. It is the unseen administration that is the problem. Over-scheduling appointment slots leaving me unattended in the waiting room for over an hour…radiology tests being mysteriously scheduled that contradict the advice I was given by the Dr and PA I did see… Suspicious and concerning. Something is wrong at this facility and at Brooklyn Hospital Center in general.

Appointment at cardiologist was two and a half hours late. Had to reschedule the car service twice only to be called in for a less than 10 minute appointment. Stuck waiting a whole nother hour for the rescheduled ride.

Terrible service in the front desk. Impolite and unwillingness to help a patient.
