This is a life-changing doctor. A rare find in Tyler, Texas, Dr. Bradley is on the cutting edge of everything. As a primary care doctor, his outside-the-box approach (especially for East Texas) enables him to provide world-class care, blending holistic and integrative medicine with a focus on the mind-body connection. He has also taken meaningful steps to address East Texas’ shortage of mental-health professionals by bringing a dedicated mental-health practitioner into his office. Although he is quite booked up, I understand why. When I'm in his office, I am his entire focus, so I try to be patient when he is occasionally running behind schedule, knowing I'm part of the reason. His focus is on health, not the pedantics of managing everyday office procedures. So, cut him some slack on this

I would recommend another Functional Medicine resource. The office team here lacks in so many ways that they ruin the experience and stall - if not halt the treatment. They struggle to call you back (and often don't) and hinder things in so many ways that I think go unnoticed. Although Dr. Bradley is a talented physician who even said he'd have my husband healed within a year, he never followed through with the needed resources to make that happen. We thought we finally had hope, after four years of health issues. Yesterday we received our break-up letter from them, stating they can no longer see my husband as a patient. There was no explanation as to why. This is super disappointing.

Dr. Bradley cares and takes the time to explain things. You don’t feel like you’re being shuttled in and out like many doctors these days. He’s actually about finding causes and cures, not just prescribing medications to cover up the symptoms. He treats my whole family and I trust him. That’s all that needs to be said.

This practice apparently has too many patients to do a good job. They appear to be stretched very thin, which affects their ability to provide good care. They ordered over $6000 worth of lab work for each of my parents and never provided any feedback. I should mention that my parents were patients of Dr Bradley for only 1-2 months and never actually saw him - only his PA.
