Customer Reviews
I had a massage with Peter about a year ago. The actual massage was fine. I've also had a massage from Ultare (when he worked at a different location), and that was also good. I am writing this negative review because I never signed up for any marketing emails. When I started getting them in December, I unsubscribed. They kept coming. I sent an email asking them to remove all my personal information from their system, which they completely ignored. I'm still getting spam. Don't book here if you don't want your email in the hands of a company that doesn't respect consumer privacy.
I used to have appointments with Dani here, and she was always great. Since she left I tried booking with Peter, but I wish I'd read his reviews first because he didn't show. Why send so many reminders if the masseuse himself doesn't plan on being there? Update: He charged me even though he didn't show and has yet to respond to my requests for a refund. Don't go here, you'll get scammed out of your money.
Was worried for my safety during my massage with Peter. He was speaking under his breath and moaning during my massage and it was very uncomfortable as a woman. 3 months have passed since this traumatic experience.
I paid for my massage in cash (more than enough), and a week or so later they charged my credit card that was on file ANYWAYS. They never pick up the phone either so I feel I have no way to sort this out besides going to my credit card company. Don’t give them your credit card I guess!
Ultare is absolutely amazing! I found and booked a last minute appointment because I've been having sciatica type pain in lower back and upper thighs. He listened to my issues with care and then went right to work. If you want deep pressure like I did, he knows DEEP pressure! Great vibes all around also , his energy was positive. I plan on going back to Ultare monthly for "maintenance"
