The Balance

Brenda at The Balance was absolutely amazing! Her studio is top notch, her professionalism was second to none, and she really makes you feel relaxed and at home there. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field and uses many techniques to accomplish whatever you need done. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her practice. I will definitely be back to see her again.

The Balance is excellent. I've come here several times. Brenda has made intentional efforts to focus my visits to help improve my. I'm not just another customer filling a timeslot. I really like the use of technology to text/email notification for appointments which includes an "add to calendar". The balance makes good use of technology to communicate with patrons and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Brenda is a gifted therapist, sharing her gifts with anyone who is lucky enough to use her services. She knows my body and problem points better than I do, and always brings something to our sessions from her "homework" to help us get solutions for my health. She is as important to my wellbeing as my doctors. Her goal is to restore "balance" and she is the best!

Brenda is amazing! She has individualized each of my appointments and has taken interest in helping me feel better. I would highly recommend her!

This post deserves 10 stars however there aren’t 10 to give if there were I definitely would! I just spent days of having terrible sciatic pain down my leg and after a massage with Brenda it’s 100% better I can’t recommend her enough give this place a try you won’t be sorry!
