The Balance and Hearing Center

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed coming here for our appointments. They have been very helpful from informing us in the latest hearing aids available and how they work to making sure that they service our hearing aids and cleaning them for us. The customer service they offer is second to none. We enjoy coming in and tell everyone we know about them.

The Balance and Hearing Center went above and beyond, just for my initial complimentary hearing test. Very professional and informative. They allowed me to try the hearing aids without having to ask. Cannot wait to begin the process of fitting and hearing the world around me! Thank you. For years of not being able to hear or asking individuals to repeat themself. Such a difference.

I was scheduled for a 0800 appointment. The building was locked at 0800 and nobody was there. Someone drove up and opened the building at around 0803. If my appointment is scheduled for 0800 and I need to fill out paperwork beforehand then it may be prudent for the office to be open by 0730. I was further confused by the fact that door actually says they don’t open until 0830… but the text they sent me as an appointment reminder clearly says my appointment began at 0800. The bottom line is if I can be there on time then they can too.

Very kind staff. Respectful of my time. No wasted time in the waiting room. Everything was explained to my needs.
