Dr. Hynes is great. The architecture and decor in the building is very nice. Best practice I've been to. It's just hard to get through to them over the phone sometimes. Just press the number for billing and they'll answer with a quickness, hah.

Dr. Datta, Anne Gregg and his staff are phenomenal! They are a very detailed oriented, listen to concerns, and ensure to give the very best care to their patients and family members/caregivers. We live in Virginia and travel 12 hours to receive care from him and his team. They are absolutely the best BACK practice around.

I've been trying to reach the B.A.C.K. Center for over 5 weeks. I had an appointment with Dr Datta’s PA who said someone would call me to schedule cortisone injections, after a week and not hearing from them, I’ve called and left messages countless times. I’ve even had my referring physician call and fax them requests to have them call me, No return calls whatsoever. Sure I could go see a different doctor, but the B.A.C.K. Center is well known for being competent with great results. Is there another way to reach you? If I had the time I would go in person to see if I can talk to someone there. Horrible way to run a practice.

I had 3 unsecfull back surgeries and was scheduled to have a 4th with Dr Keller with no call back in over a year the surgeries never worked still in major pain no call back in over a year guess I am on my own with terrible pain don't sleep horrible pain all the time yno relief at my wits end and no answer to my pain

Felt rushed,.....not a through exam,,,,,,you get asked questions, then your talked over when you answer,.....in pain,....just schedule another appointment...more money.....waited over an hour just for Dr signature.....my first visit here was not bad,..the second sucked, previous doctor that saw me left the practice,....a P.A, read my MRI results,.....im paying to see an actual doctor.... MRI,S are expensive, I would have liked a better reading and understanding of the results......
