The Ayer Neuroscience Institute

I can not articulate just how amazing the staff, doctors, aprns and nurses are at the Ayer Neuroscience Institute. I go twice a week for infusions and every 12 weeks to Paul. They literally are life savers. Two times a week for years and have never once experienced rudeness from anyone! In fact it’s quite the opposite. They have gone out of their way to care for my unique and very painful conditions and even helped me with other medical issues I deal with every day. I honestly don’t know where I would be if I had not been referred to Paul. He is kind, patient, with a great sense of humor. Paul actually listens. takes the fact I have been dealing with my condition most of my life and will trust me when I say this works and this doesn’t. He does not have a shred of arrogance about him. We saw PaulF. He stood above the patient talking, very unprofessional . We went for 4 -5 years as saw other Drs before Paul . . Saw 2 separate neuropsychologist that we were referred to by Ayer. No one could diagnose my friend. He had a suicide ideation with plan and intent. When I called the office the nurse was VERY rude, and said she would call us back. No call back and the Med in question was never discontinued by the office . I had to call the pharmacy. We finally got into the memory clinic out of Yale New Haven Hospital . My friend is in moderate -severe stage Alzheimer’s. If we had gone to Yale in the beginning, perhaps his life could have been prolonged . I would not Recommend-this office to anyone. A very sad situation for those of us that trusted this office. Negligence comes
