Talk about unethical and retaliatory actions when you point blank ask why heat warnings on a patch they’re pushing isn’t part of “informed consent.” I called them out on this when my pharmacist alerted me to side effects that would interfere with my Tizanidine, flexoril, Clorazepam. Plus, the patch is to wean nit treat my pain. They’re suppose to tell you if they’re weaning you. They make up their own rules and are accountable to nobody. The result was, vindictive Dr Knopp had nurse Angie tell Aetna, “she has street drugs in her urine.” Bold faced lie and I say this because Quest emailed me my results and they are exactly the same results I have received since I left this fraud pain place and was received by a knowledgeable APRN in Wallingford. I had a great appointment with Dr. Castillo. She took the time to listen and had a lot of ideas regarding investigating and treating my case. She spoke to me at a high level, not condescending at all, and took her time with me. She was very thorough and a great listener.

I was seen in Norwich and told to call Hartford location years later when episodes started happening again. After calling numerous times I finally got someone. As I was asking to book an appointment, I heard laughs in the background and was then hung up on.

I had an appointment with Sharon Tokarz, PA. She was very friendly, professional, and thorough in her approach and care. My imaging results were reviewed in great detail so I can better understand my health status and journey/next steps. This is something I greatly appreciate. Amanda at the check-in/check-out was also super friendly and helpful! All-around great experience and care. Thank you so much to the entire care team. :)
