After learning how much healing and energy work I’ve invested in over the past decade, Sonia invited me to partake in her trauma informed somatic bodywork and I was one of the best healing gifts I’ve ever received. She assessed my body and told me what she saw and then she went right into it. I was crying on the table for an hour as she gently went through the issues stuck in my tissues. I felt like I got beat up physically, but she barely touched me. It resolved a lifetime of very specific dysfunctional patterning and I could not be more grateful to have been relieved of that. Sonia is gifted at producing healing in the body. I have never experienced such a high level of care, empathy and skill. Background, I have a frozen shoulder and was in deep pain. Upon doing a google search, I found Sonia. Not only did she listen intently to my issue but she knew exactly how to begin the process to loosen the shoulder restrictions. I wish I live in the Atlanta area as she would be my long term therapist. Also she followed up with me so that I can find like-minded therapist in my city. Sonia is truly a master of her art. She paid close attention to my needs and was very inciteful about indirect causes of some of my pain and how we could address them. During the massage she was just incredibly in-tune with what my mind and body needed, really more than I am! I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is on a completely different level than any other massage therapist I have ever worked with.

Sonia has the knowledge to know what to do on a patient-by-patient basis. I saw her for sciatic pain that has kept me from sleeping in my own bed for over a week. I've been to chiropractors and acupuncturists and Sonia was the only one with the expertise to know what was needed to give me immediate relief. She took her time to understand and diagnose (hands-on + paying attention to my body's response) what was causing my issues before taking a tailored approach to my specific situation. She has truly taken the time to learn her craft, and executes it beyond comparison.
