Massage to Thrive

I had my first massage with Richard tonight and can honestly say it was the most thorough and detailed massage I’ve ever gotten. He clearly has been doing/studying this for quite a while as he is very knowledgeable about anatomy. I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be back!

I came in for a massage, not only because I’ve been feeling inflamed and tense, but I could see three lumps on the left side of my stomach for two weeks. The lumps were gone by the end of the massage!!! Not to mention my body felt relaxed, tension released, and I felt lighter and more regulated. Im a client of Ruth’s for life and a believer that these massages are good for anyone. It’s part of a wellness regiment at this point.

Ruth provided Lymphatic Drainage massage over a period of 2 months. I was in alot of pain when we first began, the affected area was super sore, lumpy and I was a bit skeptical since I've never had this type of massage before. Ruth exceeded all my expectations - she was warm, welcoming and her massages helped my body heal beautifully - I just had to trust the process. After each massage, I noticed the areas begin to soften, flatten and overall feel (and look) so much better. I highly recommend Ruth's services!
