My mom is a resident there and we couldn't be happier with her care! The staff are caring and supportive and have made this transition for her care comfortable for my entire family. Kiesha is a doll and takes care of any issues we have quickly and professionally.

My mother has been in and out and I hope to get her out of there for the last time. When it came time to put her on medicaid, they drained her account, all bills came back insufficient and her burial policy she has been paying for since the 80's canceled on her. My mother complains all the time that staff doesnt help her when she needs it. I am no longer allowed to see my mother there. That is unacceptable. I accused them of fraudulently embezzling, did not curse them and noone asked me to leave. I have been there alot for my mother and there is not enough visitors there to give a true description of what goes on there. Most patients I know complain about the food also. Also my mother has dehydrated several times and had to go to the hospital and on return one particular time she couldn't

I love this place, my mom loves this place, but most importantly my Granny loves this place. Went to see my Granny on her birthday and every couple of min.s a new staff member was coming in to wish her a happy birthday. The staff here really treats their patients and their family like, well, family. Everyone here is amazing.

I am very impressed with the quality of care my husband is receiving at the Arbors. The facility is very clean, the food is good and the staff is very friendly and professional. If health or rehab care is needed, I highly recommend the Arbors in Rusk, TX.
