Cline Family Medicine

Jessica has been such an incredible doctor to me especially with my very personal issues and the most compassionate dr I've had. After years of Dr's who dismissed you or aren't listening tends to make a person fear Doctors. Thanks to her I am able to live my best life! Thank you so much! ❤️

UPDATE- My mom passed away in December. I was allowed an extra year plus with my mom because of Jessica. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and her nurses. They have shown the utmost professionalism and kindness through this entire time. I could not imagine anyone else being in charge of my moms care and now mine. She is excellent, and Rusk is extremely lucky and blessed to have her. Jessica is phenomenal she caught something abnormal in my mom's blood work and literally caught her cancer early. She fought to get her scanned, and mom's outlook is excellent. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She is such a wonderful NP.

Update*** After seeing my review, Jessica went a step further than threats. Rather than take any time for introspection, she convinced other providers in Cline Family Medicine, including those in Nacogdoches to not see me as a patient, which is a direct violation of the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. It leaves one to wonder why paste an empty platitude beneath this review at all. I requested the phone calls be pulled up between myself and the nurse practitioner so the owner of Cline medicine might be able to get a better idea of what had transpired under the rather irrational and emotional team in Rusk. I was also told that there are fees and paperwork I must provide to obtain my medical records despite not being informed of this when I had requested them earlier that day. (All while b

I had an appointment recently and was worried about not being heard. This has been a problem in the past with Doctors saying that all my issues are because of my weight. Yes, they might be but I need help. The doctor sat with me over 45 minutes, going over everything and listened to every concern. I finally feel like I'm on the right track. I was seen very close to my appointment time and the staff was very caring and wanted to help.

Don't go to this place unless you want to be treated badly by the staff. Every person I spoke with about my issue said they would call me back. Not one of them did. I am experiencing a health problem that is urgent and it's been since last November that I am trying to get this taken care of. I get hung up on. Only recourse is to go elsewhere. Why is it this hard? The lack of professionalism is frightening.
