The Apothecary Shoppe Pharmacy

Best pharmacy in Villa Rica. The most I spent without insurance for my meds was $20. The staff is nice, I never wait for more than 20 minutes, and that's only when they have to contact the doctor. We've used them for years and never had a problem other than them not having all the medicine, but they give me what they have then give me the rest when I come in next. Love this pharmacy

Horrible customer service. I will not use this pharmacy again. Not willing to help or anything . Kept saying I’m sure we take your insurance and would not run my insurance through over the phone. I told her I’m not driving up there and then get there to find out you don’t take my insurance. She was like well I have to scan the card. Finally after asking her to run my insurance she took my insurance information and said Okay we will get it ready, hung up the phone and then I called back 45 minutes later to see if it was able to go through the insurance she said it’s not pulling up in our system and they were not willing to assist , kept telling me I could just pay the self pay amount. I’m like no I want to use my insurance . Just bad customer service

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever recieved. The Pharmacist refused to do a one time fill for my 9 year old son with adhd and needs his medication. No other Pharmacy in the area has it available as it is on back order. Advised the Pharmacy that I have to use a certain Pharmacy due to my insurance but that I can do one time fills on occasion. Pharmacist refused and was disrespectful over the phone. He wouldn't listen and kept saying he couldn't help us and hung up on me.

The most friendliest people I have met yet so far very helpful very kind and more people should be this way. Thank you very much apothecary staff you are awesome don’t ever change.

Best pharmacy around by far. Can leave dr and order be ready when you arrive. The entire staff is awesome. Suzan is so sweet and Amy is an absolute joy.
