The Animal Pharmacy

I get one medication here regularly for a cat and have gotten another for my dog. They are always happy to answer any questions and are patient with me. They have a small staff so they remember you after you call.

I had a very sick 14 yr old kitty who needed thyroid medication. Not only did they have it ready almost immediately but they even offered to mail it since I lived about a half hour away. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them and almost 15 yr old kitty is acting like a young cat again! I highly recommend them if you need medication compounded for any reason! Kelly

I needed to find a compound pharmacy for my ferret’s medication – I was recommended a reputable online pharmacy, and while it was easy to order – the turnaround time was almost 2 weeks for me to get the medication and then I paid almost $30 for two day shipping. Needless to say, my Ferret could not wait for her congestive heart failure medicine that long. Fast forward to me googling and finding the Victor animal pharmacy –once they had received the prescription from the vet, they called me to get a preference of flavor and offered I could pick it up, or they could mail it to me at no charge! We picked up the first round of prescriptions, and the second refill I had them mailed to me as I live almost an hour away. I did receive that medication in two days! I am very happy with this Pharmacy

Very kind and caring. They offered to fill 6 months of medicine at a savings compared to the price of getting the medicine filled monthly. (I still went monthly though as our dog's situation is terminal.) They shipped to my home without added costs. I am very happy with the service I have received.

Ridiculously expensive. I filled a prescription there for a medication that cost $20 less at the Pine Pharmacy/Twelve Corners Apothecary in Brighton. It’s worth the drive to Brighton from Canandaigua to save $40 for two cats.
