Prairieville location Front desk employee was RUDE and obnoxious!!!!! No hello, No smile, No welcome, No how are you doing today? No thank you when I paid!!! Completely unprofessional! If the nurses and doctor hadn’t been so nice, I would have left and never gone back.

Dr. Franklin was exceptional in going over options with me to figure out some of my allergy issues! The staff are always friendly, courteous and out going! Dr. Franklin has a very good understanding of your individual needs and I totally respect that in a doctor! He truly is one of the best! I would recommend Dr Franklin and the Asthma, Allergy & Sinus Center in Prairieville to anyone!

Two types of allergy testing cost me over $600. Make sure you ask for the price of any service before proceeding. I have insurance- but someone should have at least been able to give me an idea of what I was going to be paying beforehand.

Love this drs office. They treat me great and keep me from getting sick so much like I used too.

The staff is great, they are personable, extremely friendly, diligently worked me in, to align my pre-existing appointment to save me a 4 hour round trip. The front desk was very polite and courteous. And you could tell the back office really enjoyed working together, laughing and having fun(that's rare to see anymore but it was great) the nurse that helped me with my allergy testing was sweet and really down to earth! And the doctor was knowledgeable and made sure he explained things to me in a way I understood. I actually like this office much better than the baton rouge office. Had a bad experience with the front staff last time. 10/10 will recommend and be back!
