Patient Plus Urgent Care - Prairieville

I had an excellent experience today at Patient Plus Urgent Care – Prairieville location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Walker was absolutely amazing. He took his time, listened carefully to my concerns, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment plan before I left. It’s rare to find healthcare providers who truly make you feel seen and heard, and today that meant so much to me. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They are so caring and compassionate about what they do. My son split his chin open and they glued it together for us very quickly. The next day when I was concerned they told me to come in just for them to take a look. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone is awesome at Patient Plus in Prairieville. They are so friendly and welcoming Wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s always a A+ experience here. The level of care you receive from the receptionist to the nurses and provider is 2nd to none! Highly recommend!

I very much appreciated the care shown me today at Patient Plus Urgent Care. I went in with a burst blood vessel in my eye. Kayla Charrier, FNP went over and above finding an Optometrist who could see me as she did not want to take any chances. The Receptionist and Nurses assistant were wonderful. I highly recommend them.
