C’trina takes time to get to know about you, any health issues you may have before doing your massage. The “body therapy” is spectacular!! C’trina is very knowledgeable about the muscular physiology of the human body.

I absolutely enjoy every massage i get. I book an hour and a half every week and i still never want to leave! C'trinas scientific understanding of the body, along with her keen abilty to detect muscle discomfort are all you need to slip into a state of safety & relaxation.
