Thai Yoga Nola

This was my first experience with Thai Yoga and now I’m not sure I can go back to traditional massage. Sarah’s touch is intuitive. She knows the body from both eastern and western perspectives, and you can certainly tell. Her space is very clean and inviting and offers a perfect place to find some stillness. I 10/10 recommend!

I attended a small group Restorative Yoga + Thai Touch class (Sacred Rest) this past Sunday and it was such a beautiful experience. Sarah holds the space with a gentle, steady presence that immediately made me feel at ease. The pacing of the class and her music selection were both so thoughtfully chosen and really supported the depth of the practice. Her touch carries so much care, warmth, and respect. It felt incredibly nourishing to receive. I will definitely be back for a 1:1 session!
