I went today for the very first time. My primary doctor referred me to this office. I went in with a significant skin condition. The personnel from the front desk to check out were all very friendly. I had Abbey, Faith, Saskia, and Cassidy working on me at different times during my visit. They all we're so amazingly friendly, professional and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. If you're lucky you'll have the team that worked on me! Ten out of ten highly recommend.

I went in to get a cyst on my forehead assessed. They scheduled surgery to remove it. I came in for the surgery and the doctor said they can't remove it in office because it's not a regular cyst, and whoever initially diagnosed it was wrong, and they would refer me to a plastic surgeon.. I took the day off work for this, just to be declined when I went in for surgery. Wasted my day. I think they could have done a much better initial assessment and not wasted my time.

Had an appointment scheduled 3 months out just to show up and it be rescheduled. Receptionist said that they do not have anything available until next day. But I got confirmation call a week ago to confirm my appointment. Also received text day before to confirm appointment. When was this going to be communicated? I don’t appreciate this, especially with taking off and not living in Valdosta.

This was our first time coming here. My dad was referred here by his PC Dr. This is a newly built facility. Well, new to me because I'm visiting from Texas. Very beautiful building! Nicely modeled inside. You can still smell the newness of the building. The inside and outside is very well kept! The ladies in the front were very friendly. The nurse and the Dr's assistant were very professional. Listened and took notes of all my dad's and my issues and concerns. I hope he gets the relief that he needs from them. So far, their headed in the right direction!

NP Abbey Vandermeid is wonderful! I appreciate that I never have a long wait in the lobby for my appointments. She is so kind and comforting no matter what the issue is. Her genuine care shines through! And I trust her expertise. I highly recommend Abbey!
