TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track (Seminole)

This is the most efficient and professional urgent care I've ever been to. I have never waited long for care and I've always felt heard and properly taken care of. The physicians, PACs and front desk staff are all kind and friendly and even with billing they don't make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. They are very nearby where I live so the convenience is great and the ability to set an appointment same day that they truly honor is great. I've experienced horror stories at other local walk-in clinics that I've waited hours at and basically took a number like the DMV. I appreciate their transparent pricing and ever since they've opened, they've been a great alternative to an ER visit if it's not that serious. A+++

On Sunday March 1st 2026 My wife had acute allergic reaction. I took her to the closest medical facility to us which was TGH Urgent Care. The receptionist was far more interested in payment than my wife's condition. She refused to get or even convey her situation to the provider. Other urgent care facilities we have visited recognize the life threatening situation that is anaphylaxis. This facility did not. TGH Urgent Care is probably OK for a sniffle, but anything more one should seek help elsewhere, like the stand alone ER on corner of Starkey and Bryan Dairy Roads.

I came in for chest pain and was seen within 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and thorough. They performed an ekg and provided a stat x-ray order since they didn't have an x-ray technician available at the time; it was a Wednesday.

Courteous and knowledgeable. They had an event going on and communicated well how the wait would be and even though they had a few patients, they managed everything well. My son felt comfortable and we were able to make sure he’s on his way to overcoming the seasonal sickness. They were professional and kind, ensuring they are a good place to go if you need urgent care.

I made an online appointment, showed up a little early and they got me right in. The nurse was efficient and very nice (Dee) and the NP was efficient and quick as well (Leah). I was happy with how quick the appointment was and was on my way to get my antibiotic. I have been here many times and they have never disappointed me!
