BayCare Outpatient Rehabilitation

I’ve seen Ned and Shawn. Both are truly fantastic. I’ve had other PT experiences at a chain place that really felt less helpful and more like it was milking my insurance company. Ned and Shawn are light years different. I have a complex autoimmune condition, and these guys went the extra mile to understand what that meant for my plan. My exercise plan and time in facility are difficult, but don’t cause me rebound pain. I have high confidence in the knowledge and professionalism of my team.

I went to BayCare Outpatient Rehab (at Bardmoor) because I'm getting older and my balance has been getting worse. I only needed 4 visits and I'm doing better. I do the home exercise plan at least once daily. I also started walking on the treadmill, so the combination of these things seems to be helping a good deal. The people who worked with me during my visits were pleasant and encouraging.

All the staff at the facility are wonderful! Very friendly, very good at what they do, thorough, professional. At least for me, who’s been there quite a few times, all these folks are like friends now. Makes it very enjoyable to go to PT….

I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed my time with the tech professionals. Each staff member who assisted me during my rehabilitation was friendly, respectful, and highly skilled in their job. I entered with a lot of pain, but I left pain-free. Job well done!

I have been to other rehab facilities but this one is top notch. Everyone works so hard to make you feel comfortable and the best experience. Jennifer is my therapist, she is so kind and knowledgeable. My recovery would Not be this far alone without her. The front desk staff is always so friendly and willing to help accommodate you schedule.
