Texpress Urgent Care

We have been here several times with hurt/sick kids and they always get us right back. The PA even text us and checked on us after the visit. Super nice!

They answered the phone and were polite and were quick to get me a physician. The P.A. did a great job of removing a large splinter from my arm. No pain. Great service.

I went in after a dental procedure, in severe pain. There was nothing they could give me that I didn't already have, but I have to give them 5 stars. The Dr would have helped if he could, but he gave my money back knowing he couldn't help with my pain issues. I don't normally go to Urgent care but it was Saturday and my Dr was not in. They are very professional and sweet. I have taken my son there several times and they have always fixed him right up.

Most impersonal, horrible experience I've had. Everyone has a rude or flat affect. They talk to you like you're dumb. Very condescending. Not welcoming or comforting. I will not be back.

What a jerk. Would not even listen to me to explain my problem. I asked if they were open until 5 and his response is I have to be there well before 5 to do paperwork.
