Unfortunately I had to out 1 star.... This place is a horror house! Do not take your loved one here. My father was there , only for 2 months, because we got him outta there as soon as we found out about all the horrible things going on. I personally ended up staying and sleeping in his room each night to make sure he would be safe. Over medicating, finding him on the floor screaming at 10pm , another pt tried to put a pillow over his face, found him in a comatose state sitting alone in the hallway, the list goes on. I truly believe if we hadn't gotten him outta there when we did, he would have died or been killed. You have to sneak in on them and see what really happens, that's how I found out! If you love your family member, do not place them in this dreadful torture chamber!

A once warm and family oriented facility, now a cold, heartless shell of what it was.

If there were zero stars that is where the rating would be. My Dad entered physically well and deteriorated to demanding he be taken to the ER within a week. Bleeding internally, low blood pressure, poor to no communication ...if you are not available to be a strong advocate for your loved one, our recommendations would be to go somewhere other than Windmill Rehab.

This place is near and dear to my heart. They care for their residents like family. So many good things about this place, too many to list! If you want great care and a home away from home this is the place.

Integrity issues with physical therapist and lack of supervision. I predict before all is said and done some situation or situations involving patient neglect will arise
