I love Synovation Medical Group! Dr. Rose and Shynesta are exceptional providers, they take the time to listen to your concerns and genuinely care about their patients. I have had multiple injections from Dr. Rose and each one was painless and successful. Connie and the rest of the staff treat you with respect and will always work around your schedule for necessary appointments. I would highly recommend these providers to my family and friends. Dr Rose and all his nurses were absolutely incredible when I went for my first set of injections in my SI joints on December 18th I was very anxious to say the least and once I was back in the procedure room the nurse prepping me was so sweet and talked me through everything.. then when Dr Rose came in she filled him in on how anxious I was and he was very reassuring and talked me through everything and it was done before I knew it.. really not much pain at all and for the first time in years I actually slept all night and had no pain. I am so glad I was referred to Dr Roses’s practice. He’s just what I needed. Have had back pain for a long time, even injections & all. But they’ve been short term remedies that didn’t last. Dr Rose said burning the nerves should benefit me, so he’s doing that at my next visit! I can’t wait! Everyone is so very nice there. They remember your name & always greet me by it. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help & you can be reassured they will do their very best to give you the help you need.

The experience initially started off well but became very frustrating. Scheduling and follow-up were extremely delayed—it took three months after my last visit for me to receive a message, and only after I reached out again. The original treatment plan discussed with my provider differed from what I was later contacted about, which caused confusion. After clarification, I agreed to proceed with the option they presented. During a call regarding the confusion, staff insisted on a re-evaluation instead. I explained that I wanted to move forward with the agreed-upon plan. Although I was willing to schedule the re-evaluation, the staff member abruptly ended the call before I could respond. When I followed up, they claimed that I had hung up, which is incorrect, as they disconnected the call.

The team at Synovation Medical Group are fabulous. The scheduling is spot on, virtually little to no waiting time. The doctor and nurses are great. They are knowledgeable and know exactly what you need to manage your pain. I recommend SynoMedGroup, Dr. Rose, to all my family and friends. You will not be disappointed.
