Great physical therapist, Dr. Brian, who is super knowledgeable and follows patients very attentively. A huge thank you as he’s the first therapist to truly help my sciatica and lower back pain improve! The best exercise every time is the Total Body Track (which he invented and developed!!), that stretches out my back and greatly alleviate the pressure and pain. Heavenly!! Overall highly recommend this facility and Dr. Brian.

The Physical Therapy and Wellness is my favorite place. Dr. Brian Melancon is simply amazing. He has individual approach with a wide variety of exercises, explaining how to fix the problems, correcting my exercising routine , mistakes and helping to improve my (long time build up)damaged posture . I was struggling with pain for many years, going to different doctors and programs but with a temporary results. Texas Physical Therapy did help me beyond my expectations. I am so grateful to Dr. Brian Melancon. Also the Total Body Trac device is the best one I have experienced for stretching and I loved it so much, I decided to buy one. Great investment in my health. Brian is the best PT ever. He helped with my knee that has given me pain for over 3 years after knee replacement. AWESOME
