Texas Pain Physicians : Uptown

I went to this practice for nearly 2 1/2 years. I did this because I’d been coming in from another state, and have had care about a decade. I tried to find a different clinic but there few and far between. I can’t give them a good review at all. Dr Morsy was very hard to get a discussion with. He thought it would be his way or he would not help. He insisted on giving me injections in my back, and it cost me in the form of pain. He hurt me. He would not take the time to properly numb my back., he just stuck me. Did it help, no. I told him. But he insisted on making me have those shots. I couldn’t find another clinic. At 1 point the clinic tried to get its patients to comply with a program that somehow every time you opened the bottle of pain medication it sent a signal for them to count. Ab

I have had several injections, RFAs, and most recently a SI joint fusion. Very minimal pain post surgery. I am feeling so much better and enjoying an more active life. Dr. Zidan spends as much time as needed to explain everything and to answer all your questions. Dr. Zidan will not just prescribe meds, and I am appreciative of that. He gets to the root of the problem and fixes it.

Dr. Zidan is a life-saver! After 8 years of constant pain, I am finally getting relief!!! He is so caring & concerned about my quality of life. In fact, I now have my life back since the pain has subsided. He's the absolute best! There needs to be more stars for a doctor of his caliber.

It was great until they got a rude PA. She wouldn't listen and talked over you. My last visit wasHorribleu. She had me so stressed and kept saying you're at stroke level. Any way was discharged found a much better doctor that cares. He changed both of my meds. The Belbuca was such a small amount it didn't even show up in the U A. Of course she started saying I was taking my meds. Never got any relief from doctor Zidan. Had my nerves burned he said it would stop send signals to my brain to stop the pain. That was a lie still in pain. I don't recommend Texas pain to anyone not even for your dog. Don't go there. Not businesses like at all. The P A you couldn't even understand what she was trying to say. Very Rude.

They require people’s rides to be there but do not the simplest thing to make those waiting more comfortable. They do not update you on your loved one’s status and act put out if you ask. My insurance is paying an ungodly amount of money and they can’t even accomplish the basics of service.
