I am also an ophthalmologist in the North Dallas area, and I would highly recommend Dr. Adams as a physician and surgeon. I often send some of my more complex cases to Dr. Adams as he is fellowship-trained in Retina. Also, as great of a doctor as he is, he is an even better human being who truly cares about his patients. I have seen his office go above and beyond for patient care more than a handful of times, which I feel says a lot about the culture of the practice that he has built. I would trust this office with my own family members!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been receiving treatment for macular disease for the past 8 years, and I can honestly say that today’s visit with Dr. Mathew Adams at Texas Macular in Plano was the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Adams administered the injection with incredible skill—no pain, no bleeding, and no bruising at all. His technique was extremely gentle and precise. After years of receiving the same treatment from other doctors, I have never experienced this level of comfort and care before. He took the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and made sure I felt calm and confident throughout the process. Dr. Adams and his staff are some of the most pleasant people to be around and I’ve had an amazing experience! His staff takes great care of you, and Dr. Adams has the most pleasant and calming voice that helps keep you calm throughout your visit with him. He explains processes and conditions very clearly, and is very positive about your care and outcome, even if it worries him. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but him for special care of my eyes and vision!

Went to see Dr Adams today for Macular Degeneration treatment. Had an injection in my eye which sounds like a treatment from a horror movie. However, Dr Adams explained the whys and hows of the treatment and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. He was gentle and I had no pain or discomfort. In fact, I didn’t feel anything but a little pressure for just a few seconds. Also, his staff was kind and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Adams and his staff.
