Texas International Endoscopy ( Baylor Clinic Building)

The nurses and staff were nice although rushed so putting the IV in and taking out wasn’t the most pleasant I’ve ever had. The issue is that Tx Int’l Endoscopy charges a large deposit, regardless! of the amount your insurance covers. I have been waiting over a month to receive my “deposit” back. They outsource the bill collections/refunds process so they say they have no control over it, and of course the outsourced company has no real location. You just have to wait and hope it doesn’t get lost in the mail when it’s eventually sent, because they won’t refund to your credit or bank account or allow pickup. Update: Over a month and a half later and still my $550 is “in process”. I hope they pay interest!

The staff is absolutely amazing, extremely efficient and helpful, the whole procedure starting with check in and leaving the facility went smooth and fast. The doctor came after procedure in recovery room for update and I can't think of anything that could be done better. Thank you for the great services and care!

Went for procedure. From start to finish, everyone was helpful and nice. Was in and out in a timely manner.
