I read some of these reviews as I was on here to leave a review myself and I have to say that all these negative reviews talking about Dr. Patel and his staff seem right on track with my experiences. The review Matt Hunter left is EXACTLY how I feel about this doctor. I feel like he always talked down to me in a demeaning way. Other reviews about how this office only cares about the money, not so much about the patient, are also true in my opinion. I left his practice about a month ago and have no regrets! I definitely would not recommend this practice!

Please believe all the negative reviews about this Dr. He is condescending as are all the office people you have to deal with. It's not worth putting up with the lousy service and poor treatment you will receive if you choose to deal with him.

I do not recommend Dr. Patel. While I acknowledge that he is a knowledgeable and intelligent doctor, his bedside manner leaves much to be desired. During my visits, I have often felt as though he looks down on me rather than providing support and guidance. As someone dealing with sleep apnea, likely related to my weight, I have made every effort to improve my health. However, instead of offering constructive advice, Dr. Patel has been dismissive and condescending, making me feel belittled. He frequently reminds me of his expertise in a way that comes across as pretentious rather than helpful. A good doctor should not only be well-informed but also compassionate and supportive. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Dr. Patel.

The front office staff were nice, helpful, and answered any questions I had. This office took many precautions to ensure its staff and patients would be safe regarding Covid-19 by limiting the number of people in the building, checking in patients outside, checking temp before entering and more. However, my experience with the doctor was different. Dr Patel was disrespectful and did not take me or my requests seriously. I first was disappointed by Dr Patel when I had to wait over an hour to be seen despite the fact I had arrived to his office 20 minutes early. I came to this office requesting one specific test. He took it upon himself to disregard my request and scheduled me for tests I did NOT ask for nor need costing me more money. After I got the tests done, I was told by the staff th

my wife was referred to this office by her primary care provider. They told my wife and the primary care that they were in network for our insurance. They did take our insurance (Aetna) but they in fact were not in network. We didn't find that out until after receiving the bill when Aetna refused to pay them because they were out of network. Tried calling the office more than once and all the lady answering the phone wants to do is argue with you and insist they are in network. We definitely would not recommend this practice to anyone. Also if u are referred to them and they say they are in network, Definitely check with your insurance company before the appointment to make sure. I am pretty sure these people either don't know what they are doing or are purposely trying to rip people of
