We have been going to Boss Dental Orthodontics for my son’s braces for just under two years, and it has truly been such a great experience. From day one, they have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. They actually get to know you and your child. Boss orthodontics is great. They did so well with my daughter’s braces, that I myself decided to get braces too! The front staff is always warm and welcoming. Both doctors are very thorough and understanding. All of the techs are so polite and patient when working with someone with anxiety or fear. The office is always neat and quiet. There’s never a long wait before going to the bag. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than like 3 to 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I have ADHD and often forget about our scheduled appointments Miss Corina, always calls just to make sure I’m either on my way or know that I’m supposed to be in the office without judgment that is so refreshing because most doctors make you feel like a transaction.
