Horrible. Every other time I go they do such a bad job with my mammogram that I have to go back again and get a second one. The second one is of course not covered by insurance. DO NOT GO HERE!

I’ve been getting mammograms for 30 years- never had one go this easily. Erin was prompt, courteous and efficient and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I was finished before my appointment was even scheduled to begin.

Worst customer service ever. Just moved here and need imagining done for possible cancer diagnosis. Explained to them three times I don’t have images and gave them the information 3 times to call and get it. Keep calling me during working hours and have now harassed me three times with threatening to push out my appointment or cancel it all together. they are required for the radiologist when I have never had any history of this possible diagnosis before. Manager is just as rude. Employee and manager kept speaking over me. Run from this facility. There’s others out there you can schedule at. I canceled my appointment for them. Called my referring physician and told them as well. And will let my insurance know as welll. Run run run!

The receptionist was on the phone for a long time when I checked in so I took a seat once she was off the phone she didn’t bother to call me to the desk to check in and I know she was aware of my presence When taken back for my test Erin the tech was very cold, bluntly asked if I had my film ??? Which they never once informed me of need to have from the time I scheduled the appointment, the appointment reminders or when I checked in ! So Erin informed me rather coldly that the radiologist needed the film for comparison therefore I could not have the imagining done that day even though I informed Erin I was having some issues Why did he need the images right away ? He could have just made the comparison when they were sent which they would have received by fax that day HORRIBLE SERVICE !!

Though the experience of mammogram and bone density was prompt and professional, the follow-up has not been. I've placed eight phone calls, left eight messages on voicemail, and not received a call back. My report said there were no images for comparison, yet I had ten years of images from one location sent to the Center. My confidence is zero in the report my PC doctor and I received. I want an accurate report that reflects comparisons, but cannot even get a return call. I cannot recommend this Center as good health care provider. This is a very sensitive issue, since breast cancer runs in the family. Cannot even get a person to answer my messages, Would not recommend this location at all.
