Wonderful first experience today! I chose 80 min for my first visit and was well worth it! My body feels lighter and more relaxed and I walked in with aching hip joints and now I am pain free! I plan to come regularly for maintenance as I am a pianist and harpist and rely on my body daily to play music without tension or chronic pain in my 50’s! Thank you Stephania for your sensitivity, wisdom, professionalism and genuine care. I am grateful!

Stef has been AMAZING! This is my 4th visit and I am almost completely pain free. I came in almost in tears from neck and shoulder/upper back pain. She also shared with me Kaufman’s diet. I did the juicing and eating plan for two weeks, felt so much better and lost about 10 ibs.

Stef is a master at what she does. She has taken my running to the next level by keeping me healthy and strong. She helps you become your best self. I try to see her once a month as my "oil change" to maintain the stress I am putting on my body. I cannot recommend her enough - she is truly the best.
