I gave birth to my son on 2/6/26. I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my C-section and postpartum experience was at the hospital. Going into it, I was honestly nervous and didn’t know what to expect — especially having a scheduled C-section for a breech baby — but it ended up being such a peaceful, supported, and even joyful experience. The morning of my scheduled C-section, my water unexpectedly broke at home, so we had to head in about six hours earlier than planned. It definitely wasn’t part of the plan! Even so, the team immediately stepped in and took such calm, attentive care of me while we waited for my doctor to arrive. I felt completely safe and reassured the entire time. They kept me informed, comfortable, and never made me feel rushed or anxious desp

I was very impressed with the top-notch operation at this hospital. I was there for a hip replacement 2/9 to 2/10/26, and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Although such a frightening experience - it was the exemplary staff at this facility that welcomed me and helped me get thru this harrowing time for me. I must mention several people who made such a difference: my amazing main nurse Brenda W. (4th floor); Deana Carter (who held a very helpful 'joint class' prior to surgery); Chris (PT rep); Lisa (OT); Ashley; Nancy; Karolyn (Case worker); Donna (F&B); Sandra; Satiana; Christie; Mark Neal. All of these dedicated staffers were patient, compassionate and took the time to help me in a way that left such an impression making me feel I wasn't alone. THIS is what a hospital encounter should

Labor and Delivery. I just gave birth to my son on 2/2/2026 and cannot say enough how INCREDIBLE the L&D nurses here are. They have made this entire journey even more amazing than it already is. I literally cried every time a nurse had to leave and had such special moments which each caregiver that walked in our room. Allison, Keara, Lexi, Laura, Farrah, Nhi —- you were all so amazing. I wish I had better words right now, but first time mama over here and you know how that goes — my brain isn’t functioning fully right now haha!!! You all have left a HUGE impact on myself, my husband and our precious baby boy. I can’t thank you enough. I look forward to the next time we have another bundle of joy and pray I get to be in your care again. Thank you for everything 🩵🩵

I’ve taken my adult child to this hospital 3x with chronic vascular conditions and 3x she was treated with disrespect and insults by the Dr. Long G. and his two nurses. The first time I went inside with her and as she was explaining her symptoms, his reply was to debunk and undermine her symptoms and told her “so you are Dr. Google now?” This comment has been to her all 3 x in different visits. I noticed while waiting in the waiting room adult patients being allowed to bring one caregiver with them but I wasn’t not allowed to go with my adult child even when my name was on the HIPPA form and I was wanted by my child to be in the room. When it was time for her medication I told the front desk that I had her medication with me and she needs to take it the nurse came out and told me that she

Got sent here by urgent care on Wednesday. Urgent care confirmed I had a concussion but was concerned about the severity so wanted me to get a CT to make sure the damage wasn't severe. Not only did the receptionist rush me, not allowing me to finish the form I was filling out, but the intake nurse was apathetic and snarkly remarked "concussions don't show up on a CT". Ok, then why are you admitting me? Every person I talked to past that point was extremely kind and patient. So I thank the ER doctors and nurses. I also called back because they had forgotten a form in my discharge papers allowing me to take a few days off of work and the person helping me was so rude as well. Most of the staff here needs an attitude check. This may be your day to day, but this is an extremely scary time fo
