The folks at Texas Health Orthopedic Surgery Center are super accommodating and helpful. The staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment I went in was treated like a VIP. Sandy was so sweet and knowledgeable. Kathy was so caring, made sure I was aware of everything to happen, kindness all the way. Joy lives up to her name! She made me feel at ease. Thanks to Dr Lai, I have just started my journey with him, and so far has been great! All the staff is amazing.

The surgical team earned the 5 Star rating. By my having to get up at 5:00 AM, ride for close to an hour with no breakfest, not even a cup of coffee, to be available at 7:30 AM, they started in a hole. But, after arrival, I found them friendly, helpful and most professional making the entire procedure comfortable and pleasant.

The most fun I’ve had being operated on! Every one from check in to pre-op and post-op was friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable while waiting to go in for the procedure.

Everyone there who took care of my husband, was gentle and caring. Everyone explained everything more than once and made it clear what was happening. I Left there feeling very good and cared for
