If you are having an emergency, shortness of breath, anything- please do NOT go here ! You will not between seriously and the doctor has absolutely terrible bedside manner. I was in for chest pain, low oxygen levels and shortness of breath. The nurses were okay but told me but made a negative comment about my nails being blue and it not being smart if I have to check my oxygen. Completely rude and unnecessary- also, none of your business what color my nails are. Dr Chong cane in and did not ask any pre-requisite questions such as if I had used my inhaler that day, or if I had done an albuterol nebulizer treatment labor issues in the past that would affect my breathing, which yes, I had. My husband came as a New Patient for a wellness exam and bloodwork and received basically NO medical advice from the DO. Nurse spent 15 minutes collecting info from him that described my husband’s concern and the Dr didn’t address anything other than, you need a colonoscopy. He got his lab’s back that showed high cholesterol and the nurse called him and said a statin is ready for him at CVS. He didn’t see the doctor and nothing was discussed about my husband‘s life style or changes he could make. Overall, I would describe this doctor as burned out. We will go elsewhere.

from the time we walked in to the time we walked out, the care my mother received was outstanding! And Dr Longley (I have that spelled wrong) but she was soooo kind to my elderly mother) they were gentle when doing tests, kind and so respectful of her. This is always my first choice when I need ER care.

I went in this morning with chest pain and shortness of breath. Triage was good. The doctor was good but the nurse I got stuck with was arrogant and rude. Basically treated me like I shouldn’t have shown up in the ER. She was very condescending when asking me questions to the point I quit telling her my symptoms. When the doctor came in I was trying to speak with him and she completely took over the conversation and I was unable to tell him how I truly felt and what symptoms I was having. Once she received orders for lab work my husband asked her what was being run and she was extremely snippy and rude. I do not feel like I received the care I should have received because they did not know the symptoms I was having.

I went in with abdominal pain and had previously been seen back in August for the same type of symptoms. The physician that saw me basically made me feel like I had no business being there. I even felt like I had to apologize to her for coming in again. I worked in the medical field for years and I know patients shouldn't have to feel this way. Especially when it's harder to get into your own physician these days and your are in fear because of the symptoms you're having. I left this ER in tears because I was hurting and was scared but felt like the physician didn't want me there.
