I loved Granbury, ER folks!! They took such good care of me! They kept warm blankets on me, and gave me fluids to help with dehydration!! I was watched and checked on by DR Little, and her staff! What an awesome group of Nurses!! I was once a Nurse, and they did everything that needed to be done! You all need rewards for your care!! Outstanding Nurses!! Sincerely, Phyllis Johnson

Dr Tabrez takes his time to explain things to his patients and make sure they understand what is going on. I felt comfortable with him and pretty sure found my forever Gastro doctor. Thank you for listening Dr T when nobody else would

Dr T is great. However, you need to be prepared for the wait time in this office. You will be here a few hours. Doctors also don’t call for results, or if you need to find new medications for treatment of symptoms. you have to Schedule an appointment. Don’t expect an appointment in a timely manner, You will have to suffer for a month before you will be scheduled 👍🏼

This was my first visit & I just met the nurse practitioner on this visit, but the visit was very pleasant. I feel that she listened to all that I had to say & really cared about what I was saying!!!! Thanks, I finally feel like I’m really being heard!!!!

GI corp, you need to work on your customer service w clients when one is hurting, no one likes to wait constantly 45 mint wait when hard to breathe isn’t acceptable. No one waits on me when I schedule, they are paining me- not the other way around Fix getting prescription orders in timely manner. Dr Tabrez is a man w heart and stand up guy w transparency, your overall operation isn’t. Pick your battles they say, I don’t live next door and time is something w don’t get back, don’t waste mine. And stop milking my ins co over visits that’s not needed . Only two in wait room entire time, at least give updates Knowing would help Something to address is purpose of review, can’t fix what’s broken if you don’t know!! Set a time, stick to it, CUSTOMER SERVICE, to have great busines
