The following has happened a few times: My remote/video appt. almost impossible to connect. I followed the instructions, answered at least a dozen questions, pressed the "join appointment" button. Your system sent me back to the beginning to answer the same questions again. This happened 3 times before I gave up and called the clinic. When I called the clinic they picked up the phone just long enough to put me on hold. I held 10 minutes, then hung up and called back. Same thing, this time I held for 13 minutes. By now I was a few minutes late for my appointment. I called back, selected "schedule/reschedule appointment. Miria answered. I explained I can't log on for my video appointment, can't reach anyone at the clinic, and it's just a few minutes before they close for lunch,.

Dr. Niemi and her staff were attentive, understanding, and considerate in diagnosing and treating my special needs daughter, who has very limited communication skills. Our family is very happy to have Dr. Niemi as our Primary Care Physician.

We have been with this fabulius family medicine practice since we moved to Texas in 2016. Tjis is a "no shame zone," so if you are struggling with weight and/or you are out of shape, THIS is a place fir support & healing! We have always received excellent care from all at this site! Dr. Niemi is both knowledgable & kind. She always has suggestions that help us heal, presented in choices, like: Would doing exercise like X be something you'd like to try? Stacy is her exceptional medical assistant, always cheerful & welcoming. Nurse Practitioner Lisa is a wonderful addition to this team- very kmowledgable & calming. Wonderful team!

I have been coming to the clinic for many years -- possibly 10 years. Dr. Niemi keeps an eye on my general health and gives me helpful feedback & advice. When I need a specialist, she always connects me to a good one. And, there have been times I have needed to schedule a sudden appointment for a semi-emergency. So far, they have always had a doctor available that could help me with a sudden health issue.

Been going here since 2016 when Dr. Hinton was there. The staff is friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Ibrahim is an excellent physician who takes the time to fully address your concerns.
