Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

This place was phenomenal. They got me right in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. NP Kevin and nurse Jenny were amazing and very easy to work with. Both had phenomenal bedside manner. The facilities are well maintained. The waiting room and patient rooms are all very nice and clean. Service was excellent. As a home health administrator, I was very impressed. Thank you to the team. They did a great job!

It’s actually surreal how great this place is. Both times I’ve visited they got me into a room immediately and the doc came in minutes later. This time I brought a book and only got two pages in between the wait times. I’m not sure if I got lucky but it really felt like I was the only person there with how quickly they treated me (I booked the appt one hour before). Staff is lovely and kind, they make you feel very comfortable and don’t rush you at all. Highly recommend. Whoever is running this place, PLEASE keep it up 🙏 It is a diamond in the coal mine of the American health care system.

I have generally liked coming to this place for small issues and have felt well taken care of with short wait times. When I came yesterday I complained of severe nausea vomiting and diarrhea And a headache on one side my forehead near the hairline. My flu test was negative. However I left with a diagnosis of sinus infection... I have had many in my lifetime and this doesn't feel like a sinus infection. That's fine I got some antibiotics can't hurt. But when I got home I realized the wrong name was on my paperwork and the wrong medications. This concerns me because I do business with other Texas health associates and I don't want incorrect information on my charts. I would appreciate it if someone would correct this and put MY name and correct medications on my chart! Thank you

I came in due to an earache, sore throat, and chest pain. The staff was very friendly, thorough, and took great care of me. This was my second visit to this urgent care, and once again it was a great experience. The facility is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Top notch facility. Easy to make an appointment. The entire staff, from the front desk to the physician’s assistant that treated me, were all wonderful. The booking process was very easy and I was seen quickly. Grateful they were there when I needed them.
