I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and to warn others. My experience at this facility was a complete failure of basic organization and patient care. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and dutifully followed all pre-procedure instructions, including the 24-hour fast. The office called me the day before to confirm my appointment for 6:00 AM. Upon arriving at 6:00 AM, exhausted and hungry, I was informed that I was not on their list and they could not perform the procedure. After the significant physical and mental preparation of fasting, I was told I had to wait until the administrative offices opened at 8:00 AM to even begin sorting out their error. My wait time was not very long before we got taken back. The réceptionnist was very curtious. The nurse was very thorough of médical questions. We really like the doctor and hope to continue seeing him as my gasoloigist here in Texas for the 6 months. I have a gasologist special in Iowa for the year and hope the two will talk together about my Labs and any concerns. Very important. I am still doing very well and feeling great.
