I’ve been coming to this office for several years now to see Dr. Shahzad, his PA, and the rest of the staff. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized how much the habits and “abuse” we put our systems through can affect how well our bodies heal and function. The entire team here has made addressing these kinds of issues so much easier — and honestly, less awkward. Let’s be real, not many people enjoy talking about their bathroom habits, but they handle those conversations with professionalism, kindness, and humor. The Conroe office was nice and the staff friendly. My mother had an appointment with Megan. It was a bit disconcerting that no one seemed to have the notes together from the hospital when they came into the room. I know everyone is busy, however, if I wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to see you and you still aren't ready...

There is no signage for digestive disease consultants (off of 1488) on the door or outside of the building so I had to call to ask where to go. I had to go to the front desk for a different doctor and then be directed by that front desk to the appropriate place to check in. The desk I had to check in had 3 chairs. 2 were filled by front desk staff who worked for a different doctor so they couldn’t check me in. Luckily, the person who could check me in showed up shortly. It was very awkward standing there waiting for someone to check me in while the 2 front desk ladies chatted to some other woman who worked there. I would have been happy to sit and wait but there were not chairs in that area. I originally scheduled my appointment at 4pm but when I received my reminder call I was told my app

No amount of words could describe the heart felt care I was given at the Kingwood location when I had my colonoscopy yesterday. The facility was very clean. And the nurses and doctors there are amazing how they felt like family very understanding and caring. First time I've been here and 100% will go there again.

I have only seen Dr. Memon for my procedure, so far, but NP Megan is totally cool and very helpful. She has navigated some rough and bureaucratic territory with insurance, work and the pharmacy - I thank her for it immensely. My dad was a patient here before he passed away and it was Dr. Memon who was key in his diagnosis, which is why I became a patient as well.
