TL;DR - front office folks are difficult, make you jump through unnecessary hoops, and then don't call back to let you know the outcome. I called to setup an appointment for a 2nd opinion. Understandably, I was told I'd need to transfer my care. I sent all my requested results to the email provided and was told by the original person I was corresponding with that I would be guided through finding the first Dr available since I'm trying to not have this go into next year for insurance purposes. When I was contacted by the person assisting me through the transfer request I was immediately met with complaining when I explained that I was trying to find the first available Dr. She complained about needing to go through all 12 calendars individually because she's not familiar with their sched

I cannot tell you how exceptional Dr. Choi is! She is the embodiment of excellence in medicine. She is brilliant, kind, patient, and thorough. I pay out of pocket to see her because my insurance is not accepted at her practice. She is just that outstanding. ♥️

My experience at TDDC was great. I was a new patient, so there was all the normal filling out forms and history, etc. I saw a PA, she was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The only complaint is that she was a UT grad. Lol! The office staff was friendly and made scheduling my procedure easy.

I received my first infusion today and the experience could not have been better. It started right on time and the nurse, Diane, was highly professional, knowledgeable and patient. If you require infusions, I highly recommend this location.

Always pleased with my visits. My questions are answered and they spend time making sure I am doing ok. Dr Tsiakos is so kind and caring. I always recommend him to my friends.
