I had a consultation last week, and I want to highlight that the doctor provided excellent care and was very attentive during my appointment. However, since then, I have been waiting for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. It has now been over a week, and I have called three times to follow up. Each time, I am told that someone will take care of it and call me back — but I have not received any updates, and the prescription still has not been sent. I am unsure whether the delay is coming from the front desk or internally, but this situation is affecting my health and treatment plan. A prescription should not take this long, and I feel that my case is not being treated with the urgency or seriousness it requires. It's been a very long time since I've had to deal with Nincompoops and prefer to stay far away from them and considering this office has more than 1 I suggest you steer clear of them. I was sent for an ultrasound.....I was told pelvic....I get there and it's to diagnose a hernia. A hernia!!!! The fool would have known I didn't have a hernia when she examined me . A few days ago I received a text to be there this morning...7:45....for a Fibroscan. As I'm sitting there a younger than me woman shows up for a scan ...it was in her calendar and knew she was scheduled for one. The lightbulb comes in and I told her they texted the wrong person. Now I probably look like a nut case. So someone comes out to get me and tells me I'm not scheduled for a scan, no diagnosis for one. BIG red flag on the

Staff is competent and friendly. Dr. was nice and listened to me describing my symptoms. He concurred with my opinion and found that an upper GI was necessary to further diagnose my intestinal ailment. Was in at 8:30 am and out by 9:00 am. Efficient , Quick , Easy. 👍🙏

I was somewhat nervous about the appointment but they made me feel less nervous. I think the scales were wrong and need to be calibrated (lol). But it seriously was a great visit with knowledgeable nurses and the Doctor.

These stars are for Kristy Stadler, the Infusion Nurse at TDDC Denton office. I am going to miss her. She is excellent at her job, compassionate, caring, professional. I needed to go back to UT Southwestern to get the Chron's care I needed but will miss this wonderful nurse.
